Since then, the culture has shifted and now most departments have peer support programs, but I continue to hear that there are many who lack engagement on the team. One of the best ways to increase engagement and passion for peer support is continuing education, teambuilding and having fun as a team. This course is designed to increase emotional intelligence, awareness in self and others, build connection through fun and vulnerability and increase knowledge of alternative wellness practices.
